Paletto Lounge is on a lovely corner spot in the centre of Corby, somewhere between the Cube, the pool, the shopping centre and the cinema. We’re well connected! We’ve huge windows (that open right up) and outdoor tables running full width across two sides, so we’re an absolutely perfect spot for spot for people watching - and people meeting, of course. We serve a fantastic range of food and drinks (including full kids, gluten free and vegan menus) in a really relaxed, welcoming, light and beautiful space. We are open all day, every day and serve great quality fresh food and drink in a welcoming, relaxed environment. Our Kitchens in Lounge our fast paced with no 2 days the same and we are looking for Chefs from all levels and backgrounds to join our team.
The Kitchen in a Lounge is the engine room and you as a Chef help keep the engine going. You will be cooking quality breakfasts, tapas, grills and specials all from fresh from a spec menu.

What we are looking for in our Chefs?

• You must have experience in cooking with fresh food
• Experience in a fast paced kitchen
• We are looking for organised chefs who thrive working in a team.
• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or anything in between….
