Description du poste Votre rôle : Rattaché(e) au Responsable Maintenance du site, vous pilotez le service Maintenance Moules dans sa globalité. Vous encadrez un périmètre d’environ 30 collaborateurs, structuré autour de relais managériaux et de fonctions support. Poste à dominante managériale, avec un rôle clé dans la performance industrielle du site et dans la structuration de l’activité.
