Descripción del empleo Objetivo: Gestionar los pagos a proveedores internos/externos con base a procedimientos, procesos, normas y políticas establecidos; garantizando el correcto registro, control y administración de los mismos con el fin de cumplir con las obligaciones y pagos eficaz y eficientemente. Funciones Principales: Contribuir al cumplimiento de las metas y objetivos del área, en pro de la continuidad del negocio. Brindar atención, seguimiento y resolución de inconvenientes, consultas y casos varios de clientes internos y externos, garantizando excelencia en el servicio. Atender y dar seguimiento a proveedores, personal administrativo y clientes sobre estatus de pagos, anticipos, consultorías y dudas generales. Realizar pagos a proveedores, consultores y otros, mediante cheque o transferencia electrónica, cumpliendo con normas, tiempos y políticas de pago. Gestionar anticipos a colaboradores: recepción, revisión, registro, emisión de pagos, envío de comprobantes y seguimiento a pendientes. Recibir, revisar y registrar facturas, notas de crédito/débito y demás documentos para cierre contable mensual, emisión de cheques y contraseñas. Reunir, analizar e interpretar información sobre gastos, cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar, pólizas contables y registros en tránsito. Recibir, emitir y enviar exenciones de IVA y constancias de ISR a proveedores y colaboradores, asegurando su correcta gestión. Administrar la información, documentación y correspondencia del área según políticas y formatos establecidos, garantizando su resguardo, confidencialidad y correcta gestión.
