JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoicing cum Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily invoicing operations and support warehouse coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in both administrative and logistics functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in invoicing, inventory, or warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Logistics, or related field
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for invoice verification and approvals
• Monitor inventory movement and assist with stock entry in the system
• Support warehouse team in dispatch coordination and delivery scheduling
• Maintain records of stock, deliveries, and returns
• Ensure timely documentation and filing of all transaction records
• Assist in conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies
