Collaborate with District Manager(s) to effectively manage employee turnover and retention. Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, assist in development and succession planning of team members. Identify areas of opportunity on monthly, weekly, and daily reports and implement plans to correct any issues and improve performance. Recognize and resolve customer feedback by determining optimal solutions in a timely manner. Responsible for protecting company assets with various audit processes and ensure that all cash handling and Love’s policies and procedures are being followed by all employees. Experience: 2+ years in a district restaurant management position required. 2+ years deciphering and impacting budgets and P&L statements. 2+ years leading through influence in a multi-unit setting.
