Role accountabilities: Report Generation: Create and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports using Oracle OTBI, Crunchr, and Excel • Create, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc People/HR reports, including metrics such as headcount, turnover, diversity, employee engagement, and other key indicators. • Ensure that data sources and reporting methodologies are consistent with organizational standards. Data Quality & Compliance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and secure handling of sensitive people data • Regularly audit People/HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency within the system. • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to address data issues and discrepancies promptly. • Ensure all reports align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, including data privacy standards like GDPR. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with People Business Partners, HRIS, and regional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights • Partner with People Teams, and Leadership Teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions. Process Documentation: Maintain SOPs and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to support standardisation. Tool Utilisation: Leverage self-service platforms and troubleshoot basic reporting issues; escalate complex issues to senior analysts. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data visualisation • Contribute to the implementation of new systems or tools, including managing change and preparing documentation. Data Analysis and Insights : Analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. • Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues in reporting to ensure data integrity.
