Descripción del empleo En Sika estamos buscando una persona como Delegado/a Comercial especialista en Distribución Industrial para las zonas de Aragón y Navarra. La misión de la persona que se incorpore será alcanzar el presupuesto de la empresa en el canal de venta y zona asignada. Además de trasladar las políticas de empresa a los clientes y el mercado, implementar la estrategia general del negocio en su zona comercial de influencia (clientes y mercado) y canalizar las necesidades y peticiones de los clientes al resto de la organización. Prospección del mercado y aprovechar nuevas oportunidades de venta que puedan surgir. Funciones: Cumplir el presupuesto asignado al canal y zona. - Seguimiento de proyectos. - Visitas comerciales para la captación de potenciales necesidades. - Elaboración de propuestas comerciales y negociación de condiciones. - Visitas comerciales analizando la situación del cliente y ofreciéndoles soluciones técnicas de productos de sellado y pegado de Sika, sistemas y servicios. - Resolución de incidencias dentro del desarrollo del proceso de venta. - Seguimiento y fidelización de la cartera de clientes asignada dentro de su zona de actuación. Gestión de la cartera de clientes. - Seguimiento de plan de acción de zona. - Gestión de reclamaciones. - Detección de necesidades por parte de los clientes y nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Gestión de los distribuidores asignados en Aragón y Navarra, así como la búsqueda de potenciales para la correcta gestión de la distribución, buscando el equilibrio venta directa / venta indirecta siguiendo estrategia de negocio definida. Requisitos Requerida 3 - 5 años experiencia en Distribución Industrial ofreciendo a los clientes soluciones técnicas de productos de sellado y pegado, sistemas y servicios. Valorable Grado Medio o Superior/FP en Mecánica, Comercio y Márketing o similar. Valorable formación específica técnica. Requerida formación específica en Ventas. Curso de gestión comercial o similar. Carnet de conducir en vigor. Conducción de vehículo como herramienta habitual de trabajo debido a las funciones comerciales.
