JOB TITLE: MULTIFUNCTIONAL TEAM MEMBER (BAR STAFF & MORE)

Location: The New Inn, Shipton Gorge, Dorset
Hours: Part-time and full-time available
Pay: Starting at £12.21/hr + tips (negotiable depending on experience)

EXPERIENCE WELCOME BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.

If you’ve worked behind a bar, in a café, or waiting tables before, great! If not, we’ll show you the ropes. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and being part of a team that actually likes working together.

IMPORTANT: We’re based in Shipton Gorge, just outside Bridport. It’s a beautiful spot, but a bit off the beaten track, so you’ll need to be self-sufficient with travel and already local to the area. We’re on the lookout for a solid all-rounder to join our small team at The New Inn — someone who’s happy to jump on the bar, carry plates, pour pints, seat guests, and just generally help keep the place ticking over.
We call this role Multifunctional Team Member because you won’t be stuck in one box. One minute you might be making a flat white, the next you’re pulling a pint of Palmers Best, and after that you’re dropping a lasagne to table six. If that kind of varied shift suits you, you’ll do just fine here.
