GOAL ha respondido a la mayoría de los desastres de gran escala y ha invertido más de 190 millones de euros en programas humanitarios y de desarrollo en más de 50 países. El propósito de GOAL es de salvar vidas y empoderar a las comunidades a desarrollar su resiliencia y mayor control sobre sus vidas y medios de vida. Su objetivo es aumentar el bienestar resiliente de las personas más pobres en el mundo, enfocándose en aquellos excluidos y marginados, particularmente aquellos que son vulnerables debido a su género, edad o estatus socioeconómico. GOAL cree en un mundo donde la pobreza ya no existe, donde las comunidades vulnerables son resilientes, donde se eliminan las barreras al bienestar y donde todas las personas cuentan los mismos derechos y oportunidades. El proyecto Green Solutions driving sustainable livelihoods busca fortalecer los medios de vida y la seguridad alimentaria de familias rurales vulnerables del departamento de La Paz, Honduras, mediante la promoción de prácticas agroecológicas y el desarrollo de negocios locales de fertilizantes orgánicos. El programa se implementa en cuatro municipios: Yarula, Marcala, Cabañas y Santa Ana, y beneficia directamente a 100 familias organizadas en cuatro grupos productivos, priorizando la participación de mujeres y jóvenes. El programa combina el componente de generación de ingresos, fortaleciendo las capacidades técnicas y organizativas de las familias para producir, estandarizar y comercializar fertilizantes orgánicos de calidad, promoviendo circuitos cortos de comercialización y acuerdos con compradores locales e institucionales. A través de asistencia técnica especializada, Escuelas de Campo, análisis de mercado y acompañamiento en planes de negocio, el programa busca reducir la dependencia de insumos químicos, regenerar los suelos y aumentar los ingresos familiares de manera sostenible. Esta intervención constituye la Fase 1 de un enfoque escalonado, sentando las bases técnicas, productivas y comerciales para una Fase 2 de expansión del negocio, orientada a consolidar y escalar los emprendimientos a nivel territorial y nacional, en alineación con los planes de desarrollo municipal y los objetivos de sostenibilidad ambiental y resiliencia climática. OBJETIVO DE LA POSICIÓN: Fortalecer las capacidades empresariales y comerciales de los grupos productores participantes en el proyecto Green Solutions driving sustainable livelihoods, mediante el acompañamiento técnico en análisis de mercado, planificación de negocios y establecimiento de acuerdos comerciales, con el fin de asegurar la comercialización sostenible de fertilizantes orgánicos, el acceso a mercados locales e institucionales y el incremento sostenido de los ingresos de las familias beneficiarias, en coherencia con los objetivos y resultados del programa. RESPONSABILIDADES/FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES Análisis de mercado y sistemas: Liderar el análisis de mercado utilizando el enfoque R4S – Market Systems. Identificando actores clave, barreras, oportunidades y demanda potencial en el sistema de fertilizantes orgánicos a nivel local y municipal. Diseño y desarrollo de planes de negocios Acompañar a los grupos productores en el diseño e implementación de planes de negocio, considerando costos, precios, volúmenes y márgenes. Fortalecer capacidades en: Facilitar la formalización y registro legal de las organizaciones productoras cuando aplique. Cumplimiento de estándares básicos de calidad. Comercialización colectiva. Negociación y gestión de clientes. Gestión comercial y alianzas: Promover y acompañar la firma de acuerdos comerciales con municipalidades, Programas agrícolas locales, ferreterías, viveros y mercados locales. Apoyar la definición de estrategias de posicionamiento del producto, uso de resultados de análisis de laboratorio y mensajes de valor ambiental. Coordinación Interna: Coordinar con el técnico agrícola del proyecto para asegurar coherencia entre calidad productiva y requerimientos del mercado. Sistematización y aprendizaje: Documentar aprendizajes clave y generar insumos estratégicos para la Fase 2: Expansión del Negocio. Otras funciones que le sean asignadas por el Gerente del Proyecto, en el marco de los objetivos y necesidades del programa. PERFIL MÍNIMO REQUERIDO Estudios Profesionales: Título Universitario en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Agronegocios, Desarrollo Rural o afines. Experiencia Profesional: Mínimo 5 años en desarrollo de mercados, cadenas de valor o agronegocios. Experiencia comprobada en procesos de comercialización con pequeños productores rurales. Conocimiento del contexto hondureño, preferentemente en la región occidental. Conocimientos y habilidades Análisis de mercados rurales. Enfoques de sistemas de mercado y resiliencia económica. Negociación, facilitación interinstitucional y pensamiento estratégico. Capacidad para traducir análisis de mercado en acciones prácticas. Manejo de software y herramientas digitales: Dominio de Microsoft Excel, Word y PowerPoint, así como el uso de plataformas y aplicaciones en línea para la gestión de información y comunicación. Competencias personales: Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente a los municipios de intervención (Yarula, Marcala, Cabañas, Santa Ana). Habilidad para manejar vehículo 4x4 o motocicleta (opcional, pero valorable), con licencia de conducir vigente. COORDINACIÓN Y SUPERVISIÓN Reporta directamente a la Gerente de Proyecto. Trabaja en coordinación con el equipo técnico del proyecto y contrapartes locales. RECURSOS Para el desarrollo de las actividades del proyecto se apoyará con perdiem de gastos de alimentación, hospedaje y transporte. El o la técnico tendrá un espacio físico en las Mancomunidad y/o municipalidades donde se desarrollará el proyecto. GOAL facilitará el equipo de cómputo para desarrollar las actividades del proyecto.
