The Role A UKG Time and Attendance Analyst (often focused on Dimensions/WFM) manages, configures, and optimizes the UKG Dimensions platform to ensure accurate time tracking, compliance with labor laws, and efficient payroll processing. Time & Attendance Management: Overseeing daily timekeeping, tracking attendance exceptions (e.g., late arrivals, absences), and ensuring proper break adherence. Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and creating ad hoc reports and metrics. Support & Training: Providing end-user support, including triaging Tier 1 HRIS tickets and interacting with field managers and troubleshooting technical issues. Process Improvement: Analyzing existing timekeeping processes to improve efficiency, reduce payroll errors, and implement system upgrades or patches.
