We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering and architectural team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection system design, with proven experience in construction design standards and practices. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to perform design calculations accurately.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in construction design standards for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to perform mechanical design calculations accurately.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience working in an engineering consultancy or architectural firm.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, etc.).
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with project teams.

• Design and develop HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for engineering and construction projects.
• Prepare detailed CAD drawings, calculations, and specifications in compliance with international and local standards.
• Perform engineering calculations for system sizing, load analysis, pressure drops, and other design requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Review and approve technical documents, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure designs meet safety codes, environmental regulations, and cost efficiency requirements.
• Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
