Our preschool is opening its doors for the very first time in Singapore, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, skilled Preschool Teachers / Early Childhood Educators to join us as part of our founding team. If you love hands-on, inquiry-based teaching and have a strong foundation in early childhood education, you might just be the perfect fit.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
• Certified by ECDA as an L2 Teacher
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong communication and classroom-management skills are essential.

EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE:

• Well-versed in inquiry-based learning (training in this approach is a key requirement).
• Solid knowledge of educational development techniques and practices.
• Previous experience with the Creative Curriculum is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Create Engaging Learning Experiences: Plan, implement, and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on an inquiry-based curriculum.
• Support Holistic Growth: Foster a safe, creative, and nurturing environment for children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Innovate in Teaching: Adapt lessons with innovation and creativity—experience with the Creative Curriculum is a bonus, but not mandatory.
• Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with colleagues, families, and administrators to ensure a well-rounded learning journey for every child.
• Observe and Assess: Monitor developmental milestones and maintain open, regular communication with parents and guardians.
• Stay Aligned: Ensure compliance with school policies and Singapore’s Ministry of Education regulations.
