Notre client, prestigieux hôtel 5 étoiles situé au cœur de Montréal, qui incarne l’excellence du service à la française et l’art de l’hospitalité luxueuse, recherche un.e agent.e de réception.
L’établissement, membre d’un groupe hôtelier international, accueille une clientèle exigeante (VIP, célébrités, voyageurs d’affaires).

Responsabilités principales

  • Accueillir les clients avec chaleur et professionnalisme (check-in/out, gestion des arrivées VIP).
  • Maîtriser Opera PMS et gérer les demandes spéciales (suites, services conciergerie).
  • Résoudre les problèmes clients avec empathie et rapidité (surcharge de réservations, retards de vol).
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements (ménage, restauration, conciergerie).

Exigences et compétences

  • 3+ ans en réception hôtelière 4-5 .
  • Maîtrise d’ Opera PMS (ou système similaire).
  • Excellente présentation et aisance avec une clientèle internationale.
  • Disposé à travailler au Canada

Savoir-être

  • Service irréprochable et sens du détail (ex. : mémoriser les préférences des clients).
  • Résistance au stress (gestion des pics d’activité avec calme).
  • Esprit d’équipe et communication fluide avec les collègues
