L’équipe est composée de 45 personnes dans tous les corps d’état et est en pleine expansion. Vous serez le leader de la partie Safety sur ce secteur sans pour autant être seul puisque nos experts dans d’autres établissements pourront vous épauler. Prêt(e) à relever le défi avec nous ? Vos missions : En tant qu'Ingénieur/Ingénieure en Sécurité Industrielle - Safety, vous interviendrez sur les différentes phases des projets d’ingénierie industrielle. Dans ce cadre, vos missions consisteront à : Analyse de risques et conformité Préparer, réaliser et animer les études de dangers : HAZID, HAZOP, AMDEC, What-if, LOPA… Contribuer à la conformité réglementaire (SEVESO, ICPE, ATEX, arrêtés préfectoraux…). Etudes ATEX, Identifier les barrières de sécurité et évaluer leur efficacité (SIL, alarms, protections). Modélisations & évaluation des conséquences Modéliser les conséquences liées à la dispersion de gaz inflammables ou toxiques, aux effets thermiques d’un feu, ou aux surpressions d’explosions. Utiliser des outils dédiés (ex. PHAST, EFFECTS, FLUMILOG, FLACS, Safeti…) pour déterminer les distances d’impact. Intégrer les résultats aux études de dangers, études ALARP et plans d’urgence. Proposer des mesures de réduction des risques basées sur ces simulations. Sécurité des procédés Évaluer la criticité et la maîtrise des procédés industriels. Participer à la définition des barrières de sécurité (SIS, alarmes, protections). Suivi des plans d’actions issus des analyses de risques Amélioration continue & prévention Proposer des actions de réduction des risques process. Animer les plans d’actions safety et suivre leur mise en œuvre. Support aux équipes opérationnelles Apporter un soutien technique aux équipes projets. Réaliser des formations internes (culture safety, comportements, règles de base). Participer aux projets de modification ou d’investissements Intégrer la sécurité dès les phases de design (HSE by design) Connaissances périphériques (si possible) Réalisation des études de protection incendie : Contribuer à la définition, la conception et le dimensionnement des systèmes de protection incendie active et passive (RIA, sprinklers, détecteurs, FOH, murs coupe-feu…). Participer à la rédaction ou mise à jour du schéma directeur incendie du site. Proposer des améliorations techniques sur les installations de protection contre l’incendie. Réaliser ou suivre les études d’ingénierie incendie (Fire Safety Engineering) lorsqu’elles sont pertinentes. Assurer la bonne intégration de la sécurité incendie dans les projets industriels (revues MOC/HAZID projets). Accompagnement à la gestion des permis d’exploiter (modification demandée) Accompagner les clients dans la préparation, la mise à jour et la conformité de leurs permis d’exploiter / dossiers réglementaires. Vérifier la cohérence entre les installations, les risques, et les exigences réglementaires. Participer à la structuration des éléments techniques nécessaires à l’obtention ou au renouvellement des permis.
