The Sample Custodian responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Prepare samples for processing. Distributes samples in different departments as appropriate. Follows strict safety and quality control procedures. Stores, restocks, and shelves samples as necessary. Ensures that work area is clean and organized. Enters records in LIMS system. Assist sample receiving group with unpacking coolers and labeling samples. Assists and oversees all the different aspects of storing, distributing, logging, and disposing samples.
