Safety: 1) Ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner 2) Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules 3) Immediately report all unsafe conditions Willingness to perform other duties as assigned. POSITION SUMMARY: The Site Manager, in conjunction with the Regional Manager, helps the property owner preserve and increase the value of the real estate investment. They manage the day-to-day financial operations of the property. People that are successful in this position have: Previous customer service experience.
