About the Role As the Event Producer/Executive, you’ll be at the heart of creating impactful events that inspire and connect industry leaders. You’ll research and craft high-quality agendas, secure top-tier speakers, and ensure every event is both marketable and commercially successful. You’ll also play a key role in logistics and onsite support to deliver a seamless experience. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy behind dynamic in-person and virtual programs. Typical timelines include 5 weeks of planning followed by up to 20 weeks of campaign management and event execution. We’re looking for an ambitious professional with exceptional research and writing skills, and the confidence to engage with speakers and stakeholders through phone and virtual meetings.
