WHAT WILL YOU DO HRIS Strategy & Governance Own the strategic roadmap for Boldr’s HRIS, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with PX and business goals. Define and enforce HRIS governance, including data integrity standards, security protocols, and compliance with global regulations. Act as the system owner and primary liaison between PX, IT, and HRIS vendors. System Optimization & Innovation Lead major HRIS projects such as system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations. Continuously assess HR processes and recommend automation, workflow improvements, and best practices. Evaluate and implement emerging HR technologies that enhance efficiency and employee experience. Data, Analytics & Insights Build advanced reporting and analytics capabilities to provide leaders with actionable workforce insights. Partner with PX leadership to design dashboards and predictive models that support strategic workforce planning. Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports for executives and stakeholders. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to integrate HRIS with enterprise systems (payroll, ATS, LMS, etc.). Train and mentor PX team members and system users, building HRIS expertise across the organization. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HRIS strategy, system capabilities, and data-driven decision-making.
