Job Title: Accountant Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations and reporting for assigned properties. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial statement preparation, compliance with accounting standards, and provide valuable support to management teams. Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations for assigned properties. Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments. Post journal entries in accordance with GAAP and other accounting standards. Monitor escrow funding and ensure compliance for assigned properties. Provide accounting support to property and regional managers. Support other accountants and contribute to special projects as needed. Essential Skills Expertise in accounting and bookkeeping.
