This position requires a deep operational knowledge of Home Health and Hospice industries as well intimate experience with the HCHB Product. This position will be responsible to develop best practice workflows and overall use HCHB to ensure clients are successful in an operational environment. As Manager of Operational Excellence, you will play an essential role in providing operational guidance to new and existing customers. This includes consulting regarding best practice workflows, design decisions, staffing models, and regulatory compliance. This role is critical in aligning client operations with the best use of HCHB Software. You will be responsible for: Best Practice Implementation: Translate operational concepts into practical workflows that deliver measurable value and support client success. Quality Improvement: Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Process Development: Develop and refine processes to streamline implementation and improve team effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to identify opportunities, resolve barriers, and accelerate improvement. Client Education & Enablement: Empower clients to become self-sufficient with HCHB, maximizing ROI and optimizing their operational performance.
