How you'll help us achieve it We're hiring a creative, resourceful BTL officer with experience coordinating large-scale below-the-line marketing strategies. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll help coordinate the day-to-day operations of our BTL marketing activities and mobile money branding, and maintain desirable user growth and agent activation rates. In this role, you'll; Manage day-to-day logistics for marketing operations, including roadshows, stands, and events in the assigned region. Prepare supporting materials, event promotional merchandise, and other BTL activities. Recommend sources (new channels, partnerships, networking alliances, and influencers) to grow our user base. Help to create and develop new BTL activations. Improve our POS's visual standards, per the company's brand guidelines. Track the progress and quality of our agent network visibility and branding by collaborating with our branding partners, field sales, and agent network management team. Receive stock of marketing supplies and materials from our vendors and suppliers, and organize appropriate dispatching; track inventory of all stock and organize orders to avoid stock-outs. Key details Location: You'll be based in Kayes, with frequent travel or temporary relocation to field locations within Mali. Work authorization in Mali is required.
