As a Construction Project Manager at Cavo Tagoo Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects for our hotel group expansions. Work is primarily in Athens but requires frequent trips for on site visits. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. · Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. · Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. · Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management. · Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. · Manage procurement of materials and services. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in a related field. · Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the hospitality industry. · Proficient knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and relevant software. · Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. · Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. · Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to construction.
