A Day in the Life of a Production Associate You'll spend your day producing batches of coatings and concrete products by reading order tickets, locating raw materials, and operating mixing equipment while meeting company standards for quality. What You Will Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC To be able to lift and move up to 60 lbs. continuously throughout the day. Physical Requirement: Expect frequent walking, lifting (up to 50-60 pounds), crouching, crawling, and climbing as part of your daily routine. To be able to climb/maneuver into heavy machinery for cleaning and maintenance. Maintain stamina and focus while standing for extended periods. A passionate & positive “can do” attitude and willingness to learn. We train all of our Production Associates onsite on our processes and procedures. An ability to work within a team environment and help the team become better. Uphold and advocate for a safe compliant work environment. Work Schedule This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm with a one-hour lunch, plus two paid breaks daily.
