RESPONSIBILITIES Website Management & CMS Update and maintain website content using Wix, including Dynamic Pages and CMS collections. Manage location- and program-based pages using structured CMS data. Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and conversion paths. Troubleshoot and edit site functionality as needed. Parent Journey & User Experience Design and maintain website experiences that reflect the parent decision-making journey, from first visit through inquiry and enrollment. Ensure parents can quickly locate essential information, including program details, locations, schedules, grades served, and next steps. Simplify navigation and layouts to reduce friction for busy families. Optimize pages for mobile users and parents with varying levels of technical access. Review pages through a parent lens, identifying confusion points or drop-offs. Design & Brand Consistency Assist with page design and visual improvements across desktop and mobile. Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets. Support accessibility best practices to ensure the site is usable for all families. Performance & Optimization Monitor website performance and traffic metrics. Identify opportunities to improve usability and increase lead conversions. Conduct testing to ensure the site functions correctly and meets quality standards. Collaboration & Content Collaborate on photography, design, and creative projects. Support storytelling efforts, including blog posts or features that highlight the impact of Healthy Kids Programs. Work with program and registration teams to ensure website accuracy and effectiveness. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Expert or extensive experience using Wix, including Dynamic Pages and CMS collections (required). Strong understanding of UX, responsive design, and accessibility principles. Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus, but not required.
