Responsabilités : Participer à la définition et à la planification des projets auprès des clients ; Analyser les besoins techniques et proposer des solutions adaptées à l’environnement d’usine alimentaire ; Concevoir et optimiser des systèmes de mécanique du bâtiment (CVCA, utilités propres et non propres, réseaux de tuyauterie, équipements de soutien aux procédés) ; Préparer les documents techniques (plans et devis) ; Gérer les appels d’offre pour la conception technique ; Superviser les entrepreneurs et coordonner les fournisseurs sur les chantiers ; Suivre les échéanciers et établir les budgets des projets ; Assurer la surveillance de chantier et le respect des normes de sécurité machine et santé-sécurité ; Collaborer avec des équipes interdisciplinaires pour garantir la conformité des livrables ; Participer à l’embauche et à la gestion des ressources externes (entrepreneurs, firmes de génie) ; Assurer le suivi technique et administratif des projets, de la conception à la mise en œuvre.
