Advocate for build speed reductions, test parallelization, dependency hygiene, and release pipeline optimizations. Translate technical decisions and risks into clear, actionable context for non-technical partners and leadership. Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience building and maintaining large-scale Android applications. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. Expert-level Kotlin (including Coroutines, Flows, inline & higher-order functions, generics, sealed hierarchies). Deep experience with Jetpack Compose.
