Für unser zentral gelegenes Hotel am Rande der Altstadt von Bonn suchen wir einen motivierten Kollegen (m/w/d) der sich der technischen Belange des Hauses annimmt und die Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche technisch und optisch in Schuss hält.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge mit Protokollierung
  • Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Kleiner Maler- und Silikonarbeiten
  • Feststellen und Beseitigen von Mängeln, Funktionsstörungen und Schäden
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Zimmer und der öffentlichen Bereiche auf ihre Funktionstüchtigkeit
  • Regelung der haustechnischen Anlagen
  • Bedienen von Anlagen und Geräten
  • Gute Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Firmen
  • Gewährleistung der einwandfreien technischen Betriebsabläufe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Housekeeping

  • Du bist ein kreativer Allroundhandwerker, Dich zeichnet handwerkliches Talent & Lösungsstärke aus
  • Du bist versiert mit einfachen Instandsetzungen und Reparaturen
  • Du bist ein guter und erfahrener Praktiker (Hands-on-Mentalität)
  • Du kannst dich gut organisieren und bringst Aufgaben gerne zum Ende
  • Du kannst gut planen und den Arbeitstag einteilen
  • Du sprichst und verstehst die Deutsche Sprache
  • Du hast auch gerne mal unter der Woche frei und bist abwechselnd mit dem Team am Wochenende im Einsatz
  • Kleiner Elektroschein von Vorteil
