Joignez-vous à nous Description du poste En tant qu’Ingénieur(e) principal(e) en génie routier, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la planification et la conception d’infrastructures routières majeures, tout en encadrant et en formant la relève. Vous interviendrez à toutes les étapes des projets : études préliminaires, conception détaillée, coordination interdisciplinaire et suivi technique, en veillant à la conformité avec les normes provinciales et municipales (MTMD, BNQ, ATC, Ville de Montréal, etc.). Responsabilités principales Concevoir et optimiser des projets routiers : profils en long et en travers, géométrie, interconnexions, carrefours, aménagements cyclables et piétonniers. Effectuer les calculs techniques (DVT/DVA, rayons de courbure, pentes, recouvrements, drainage de surface). Élaborer les plans, devis techniques et notes de calcul en assurant leur conformité aux normes applicables. Réaliser ou valider des modélisations 3D (Civil 3D, OpenRoad, etc.) et coordonner avec les autres disciplines (drainage, structure, environnement, circulation). Conseiller les clients sur les solutions techniques optimales en fonction des contraintes budgétaires, réglementaires et environnementales. Encadrer et coacher les ingénieurs intermédiaires, CPI et techniciens. Participer à l’élaboration des offres de service, estimations de coûts et échéanciers. Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils de conception. Qualifications Profil recherché Diplôme en génie civil. Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). Minimum de 6 ans d’expérience en conception routière, incluant des projets d’envergure municipaux et/ou provinciaux. Maîtrise des logiciels de conception : AutoCAD Civil 3D (avancé), AutoTURN, logiciels de calcul de géométrie routière. Excellente connaissance des normes et guides techniques (MTMD, TAC, BNQ, normes municipales). Solides compétences en gestion de projet et en coordination interdisciplinaire. Esprit de synthèse, rigueur technique et souci du détail. Leadership naturel et aptitude à partager son savoir.
