The department focuses on advising and supporting our clients with Belgian immigration matters all whilst driving technical excellence and client proximity. This role focuses on supporting our client’s employees with their immigration needs while ensuring full compliance with Belgian immigration laws and regulations. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, whether working on a global account or for a local Belgian client. The caseworker will be responsible for managing immigration procedures, ensuring compliance, and driving successful outcomes for all parties involved. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborating closely with clients, colleagues, legal teams, government authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient immigration processes. You are responsible for the day-to-day deliverables of your clients which involves advisory around inbound and outbound immigration and social security formalities, as well as compliance assistance to ensure compliance with regulations.
