Job Description Principal Mission. Make the AP Houses to improve their customer experience and sales. Coach the AP House director and team to deliver the Retail strategy. Responsabilities Proactive sales approach. Monitoring group and sales KPIs. Allocation and Stock management. Management of direct reports and support for their professional development. Driving growth among slow-moving employees. Managing retail training and onboarding new employees, including in-store training with Retail Operations and sales representative.
