Are you passionate about supporting international students and their families?
We’re seeking a dedicated International Student Support Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our international students thrive in their New Zealand education journey. The role will be starting in the Term break on the 29th of September 2025.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Mō te tūranga: About the role:
Be the go-to person for international students’ accommodation and welfare needs
Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and homestay providers
Ensure compliance with the Education Code of Practice 2021
Coordinate homestay placements and conduct regular welfare checks
Manage airport transfers and holiday arrangements
Support boarding students during term breaks and exeat weekends

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

People-focused individual who relates well to all ages and ethnicities
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Organized professional with great administration abilities
Proactive team player who can work independently
Trustworthy person who values confidentiality
Experience working with teenagers and families preferred
