Develop and execute schedules and labor plans that optimize productivity, control costs, and maintain excellent service levels. Manage ordering, receiving, inventory, and invoice processing to achieve targeted food and beverage costs and stay within budget. Review financial reports and take appropriate action to meet sales, expense, and profit goals.
