Greenpeace, la più grande organizzazione ambientalista indipendente al mondo, è alla ricerca di una persona spigliata, appassionata, che creda in se stessa ed alla possibilità di essere parte di un cambiamento, con precedente e comprovata esperienza nella raccolta fondi, che si occupi di gestire in autonomia un gruppo di promoter face to face (fundraiser) per la regione Veneto (Il lavoro è da intendersi su Padova e comuni limitrofi.)
Uno dei task principali del Team Leader sarà l’affiancamento in presenza del gruppo durante l’attività di raccolta fondi.
Dovrà inoltre dimostrare di potersi occupare della selezione, formazione e coaching dei promoter (fundraiser) grazie a specifiche competenze comunicative e gestionali maturate attraverso significativa e comprovata esperienza in ambiti quali la raccolta fondi Face to Face e/o promozionali legati alla vendita.
