We are looking for an Apprentice Site Administrator to join team to work on our renowned Orie l project. Oriel is a joint initiative to transform a two-acre site at St Pancras Hospital to deliver a pioneering eye care, research, and education centre. The project is a new build, state-of-the-art building with an anticipated gross internal area of up to 46,000m2. Designed with flexibility in mind, it will be able to meet future service requirements and keep pace with changes in technological, medical or research requirements. Its design has been the subject of an extensive programme of engagement with patients, staff and partner organisations to ensure a national standard for accessibility is created.
Once you have completed the the apprenticeship you will achieve a NVQ Level 2 or 3 based on existing qualifications in Business administration.
Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5 GCSE including Maths and English grade 4 or above or functional skills at level 1 or above
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
BTEC National Diploma or A Level

JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
To assist the Office Manager with the site administration and social value activities. Assist the site admin team with site administrative tasks such as binding, printing and filing as required. Update site administrative information and maintain processes.
KEY TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:
Receptionist duties, meet and greet of visitors to site
Organise and schedule appointments - look after the site calendar and meeting room bookings arranging and booking hospitality as required
Order office stationery and supplies as required
Write and distribute emails and correspondence with internal stakeholders
Use Microsoft Office systems to facilitate the admin processes - preparing reports and presentations as required
Assist the Office Manager with all activities relating to the Social Value, maintaining trackers in excel and producing reports
Assist in the maintenance of the site Training tracker and book relevant courses for the site as required
Assist in promoting site internal communications using BYUK platforms (Yammer) and other social media platforms
Promote BYUK site activities externally liaising with site Office Manager and Communications Team
Plan & organise specific teambuilding / social value activities & events, including school / university / site visits, charity events etc
