Als Softwaretester (m/w/d) prüfst du hauptsächlich unsere CLC-PADD-Produkte auf Herz und Nieren. Du sicherst dabei die Qualität und Funktionalität und trägst maßgeblich zu deren Weiterentwicklung bei. Bei Bedarf unterstützt du mit deiner Expertise auch in ausgewählten Kundenprojekten.

Deine Qualifikationen als Softwaretester (m/w/d)
Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Erfahrung in Software-Testing, Qualitätssicherung und agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in Testautomatisierung (z. B. Selenium, Cypress) und Testmanagement-Tools
Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz zur Identifikation von Qualitätsproblemen.
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohe Lösungsorientierung.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist.
Engagement für kontinuierliches Lernen und Weiterentwicklung von Testpraktiken.
Bei diesen Aufgaben benötigen wir deine Unterstützung
Testkoordination: Organisation und Überwachung von Testprozessen, einschließlich Standardisierung und Qualitätsmaßnahmen.
Qualitätssicherung: Einführung und Optimierung von QS-Prozessen sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse.
Entwicklung von Teststrategien: Planung, Erstellung und Implementierung manueller und automatisierter Tests..
Risikomanagement: Identifikation potenzieller Risiken und Entwicklung von Strategien zu deren Minimierung.
Berichtserstattung: Analyse und Berichterstattung der Testergebnisse an Stakeholder.
Zusammenarbeit: Enge Kooperation mit Entwicklern, Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern zur Verbesserung von Prozessen und Testbarkeit.
Aktualisierung: Überwachung von Trends und Technologien zur Weiterentwicklung von Testmethoden.
