In partnership with the Regional Managers Home Lending, Branch’s and Sales Excellence team, you will embed a consistent rhythm of performance, capability uplift, and customer-first conversations in a virtual setting
Responsibilities

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Proven leading sales teams in virtual or digitally enabled environments, preferably within financial services or lending.
  • Deep understanding of digital engagement models, customer lifecycle management, and data-led sales processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in remote or hybrid team structures.
  • Experience in implementing and optimising virtual operating models and workflows.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive performance outcomes while delivering exceptional service.
  • Extensive experience in complex stakeholder engagement

  • Track record of business transformation and growth leadership, driving digital and operational innovation.
