Responsibilities What You’ll Do Lead 2–3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission. Qualifications Salary range: $50,000-$60,000/ year *Based on experience, and educationSchedule: Mon 10a-8p;Tues 930a-7:30p; Wed 10a-8p; Thurs 9:30a-7:30p Bachelor’s or Master's degree Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MCAP, LMFT, CAP with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
