Job Description

  • Provide in-depth technical expertise and be able to configure the Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning systems to run as per the ME Semiconductor (SC) business requirements;
  • Represent ME Semiconductor planner interests in the Blue Yonder user community;
  • Well versed with Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Forecasting and Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) processes;
  • Experienced in handling large transformational projects in the field of supply chain planning;
  • Well versed with the best practices related to planning in the discrete supply chain industry and be able to play the role of trusted advisor within and across multiple departments in the planning domain;
  • Conducts/leads business process analysis, design, validation and deployment of the critical functionalities;
  • Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation, supports the development and execution of test scripts to ensure Blue Yonder ESP software consistently meets the business objectives;
  • Recognizes and highlights incremental revenue opportunities with existing workflows;
  • Implement best practices related to planning in the discrete supply chain industry;
  • Act as a trusted advisor across multiple departments in the planning domain;
  • Lead business process analysis, design, validation, and deployment of critical functionalities;
  • Create and modify procedural and system documentation;
  • Support the development and execution of test scripts to ensure Blue Yonder ESP software meets business objectives;
  • Identify and highlight incremental revenue opportunities within existing workflows;
  • Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Logistics Planning, IT department, PJM, and Capacity planning teams;
  • Ability to model and triage the planning algorithm of BY ESP tool;
  • Perform root cause analysis and suggest optimal solutions;
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for peers, management, and executive level audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in related fields;
  • In-depth technical expertise in Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning systems;
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Experience in large transformational projects in supply chain planning;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
