Aufgabenbeschreibung & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Ansprechpartner für alle Anfragen im Zusammenhang mit personalrelevanten Themen von unseren Mitarbeitenden
  • Administrative Umsetzung personeller Einzelmaßnahmen vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt: Erstellung von Vertragsdokumenten, Bescheinigungen, Zeugnissen und Pflege der digitalen Personalakten
  • Neuanlage, Pflege, Betreuung und Kontrolle von Personalstammdaten in SAP sowie weiteren HR-Tools
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der HR Business Partner und des Payroll Teams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Organisation des administrativen Bereichs des Bewerbermanagements
  • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten rund um die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen
  • Erstellung von Reports, Statistiken und Auswertungen

Anforderungen & Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Bachelor-Abschluss, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal / Human Resources
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und Personalsystemen: SAP und Workday
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
