Ihre Rolle
Sie unterstützen das Team der Administration des Instituts DIGITAL in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Abläufen gemäß unserem Qualitätsmanagementsystem. Dabei übernehmen Sie vielfältige Aufgaben im Rahmen eines modernen, digitalisierten Bürobetriebs:
allgemeine Sekretariats- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
Organisation und Abwicklung von Dienstreisen (Reisemanagement)
Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Beschaffungsvorgängen (Bestellwesen)
Terminplanung, -koordination und -betreuung
Abwicklung und Kontrolle der Zeiterfassung
Unterstützung im Projektcontrolling
Empfang von Gästen und externen Partner*innen
Ihre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau (bevorzugt HAK oder vergleichbare Schulform) oder Matura mit abgeschlossener kaufmännische Lehre und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office
ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
SAP-Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil
ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, hohe Professionalität und genaues Arbeiten
