Markt- und Datenanalyse: Sie analysieren große Mengen an Kunden- und Marktdaten zu unseren pharmazeutischen Marken, identifizieren Marktpotenziale und leiten daraus Zusammenhänge ab.
Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing: Ihre Erkenntnisse übersetzen Sie in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen und diskutieren diese mit Kollegen, z.B. aus dem Brand Management.
Erfolgskontrolle: Mit statistischen Methoden messen Sie Wirkung und Erfolg unserer Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten und ermitteln deren Return on investment.
Optimierung: Sie wirken aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Datenbanken und Dashboards (SAP Analytics Cloud) mit und identifizieren proaktiv neue Methoden zur Generierung von Insights.

Fachliche Anforderungen: Ihren akademischen Abschluss haben Sie in einem wirtschafts-, sozial- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studienfach absolviert oder Fachwissen durch einschlägige Berufstätigkeit erworben.
Erfahrung: Sie verfügen über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung, bestenfalls aus den Bereichen Market/Customer Insights, Marktforschung oder Customer Experience.
Kompetenzen: Durch Ihre analytische Denkweise sind Sie in der Lage große Datenmengen verständlich und übersichtlich aufzubereiten. Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse in Data Science Methoden sowie gängigen Anwendungen und Programmiersprachen wie Python oder R mit.
