IT- SUPPORT SPECIALIST (M/W/D)Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbständige Beurteilung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (2nd-Level- & 3rd-Level-Support)
  • Begleitung und Beratung internationaler Partner/Kunden
  • Problemlösung per Telefon, Mail oder Remote
  • Verfolgung / Bearbeitung von Tickets, Serviceanfragen und Störungen
  • Erstellung und Anpassung kundenspezifischer Reports und Etiketten
  • Durchführung von Softwaretests und Projekten

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerken (VPN), Virtualisierung (VMware) und Datenbanken (SQL)
