Prepares and serves authentic Italian espresso across multiple counters, including coffee/café drinks and prepared food. Receiving retail and product orders. Unloading, organizing, and stocking deliveries; recording information; communicating shortages, discrepancies, and expired or damaged products. Sets up stations and replenishes displays neatly including separation of allergens (nuts, wheat, etc.) Operates the Point of Sales (POS) system ensuring accuracy of cash drops and authenticity of bills.
