V Vouch Accounting Services LLC is a Dubai-based accounting and advisory firm providing accounting, tax, corporate, AML/CFT, compliance, and business advisory services to companies operating across the UAE mainland and various free zones.

As our compliance practice continues to grow, we are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Compliance Officer who can support both our internal compliance requirements and provide compliance assistance to our clients across multiple UAE jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for assisting with regulatory, AML/CFT, corporate compliance, and ongoing compliance requirements for V Vouch and its clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and support AML/CFT compliance requirements for the firm and its clients.
  • Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), KYC and risk assessments.
  • Review client ownership structures, UBO information, source of funds/source of wealth documentation and supporting corporate records.
  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of AML/CFT policies, procedures, risk assessments and compliance manuals.
  • Support clients with goAML registration, reporting and ongoing compliance obligations, where applicable.
  • Conduct sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening and maintain appropriate compliance records.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise the team and clients on relevant compliance changes.
  • Assist with Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) compliance and related corporate filings.
  • Support annual and periodic compliance requirements for companies incorporated in:
  • UAE Mainland
  • DIFC
  • SHAMS
  • IFZA
  • DMCC
  • Meydan Free Zone
  • JAFZA
  • Dubai South
