Since 1968, PennAir has helped people in Manufacturing and Construction with pneumatics, hydraulics and automation. The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role directly supporting customers, the outside sales team and suppliers. We are seeking an individual passionate about providing an excellent customer experience by demonstrating strong communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: · Process customer quote requests by obtaining all pertinent information regarding the job/ application and communicating with the corresponding suppliers to gather price, lead time, and any required technical data · Input customer purchase orders into the company ERP system which are received via phone calls, emails, or portals · Ensure supplier requirements are appropriately met during order entry such as drop ship requirements, distribution territories, order minimums, and shipping methods · Collaborate with multiple PennAir departments to set up new part numbers, bills of material, and production orders within the company EPR system · Correspond with customers and suppliers to address any after shipment issues that may occur such as damaged/ lost material, pricing discrepancies, or return requests · Provide customers with accurate delivery information regarding open or past due orders · Efficiently manage large amounts of communication between email, phone, and customer/ supplier portals to maintain detailed records of interactions Requirements 3+ years' experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales related roles Excellent typing skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience working with an ERP system; Acumatica experience a plus Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and in a fast-paced environment Highly detail-oriented Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Desire to work well in a team setting Reports to the Customer Service Manager Onsite position reporting to the PennAir Facility in York, PA The Conrad Company offers a competitive compensation package including 401(k) Plan, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability insurance, and PTO.
