They are responsible for configuring and maintaining Varicent components like data models, workflows, reports, and calculation logic to ensure accurate and timely incentive payouts. 1. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience working with Varicent ICM. 2. Proven expertise in development efforts related to Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). 3. Experience with migrating to Varicent ICM Cloud is a significant advantage. 4. Strong functional knowledge of agency commissions management within the Life Insurance sector, including an understanding of hierarchies.
