Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for overall quality (from quote to accepted delivered systems) including controlled documents, processes and procedures, raw materials, and final product to determine quality levels and ensure compliance with quality requirements. Maintains quality control check points and develop a constant improvement program to decrease re-work and errors. Facilitates corrective action analyses and implementation of improvements utilizing field reports, internal correspondents and process audits. Participates in customer visits regarding on-site quality resolution and/or quality reviews. Responsible for supplier quality management. Reviews test data and interpret tests and analyses to establish, or rule out, material and process causes and patterns. Confers with Operations Production Manager, Production Leadership, Supply Chain Staff, Manufacturing Engineering & Design Engineering to resolve product Quality concerns.
