Véritable business partner des équipes siège (Production, Style, Développement, Marketing, RH, Formation, Services Généraux…) ainsi que du réseau Wholesale, vous apportez une vision financière fiable et des recommandations pour soutenir la rentabilité de la marque. Clôtures mensuelles Garantir la fiabilité des clôtures mensuelles du chiffre d’affaires des partenaires et des frais de structure en coordination avec les équipes opérationnelles et comptables (contrôle des imputations, provisions). Analyser les écarts versus budget et N-1, alerter en cas de dérive et proposer des plans d’action. Produire des reportings clairs et commentés à destination du COMEX chaque mois. Forecasts Participer à l’élaboration du budget et des 2 révisés annuels, en challengeant les hypothèses et besoins des opérationnels. Être garant des données financières remontées dans les systèmes et s’assurer que les outils de pilotage sont alignés avec les enjeux de chaque direction. Identifier les risques et opportunités et formuler des recommandations. Business Partnering et analyses ad’hoc Adopter une posture proactive auprès des responsables du siège : organiser des rendez-vous mensuels et répondre aux questions quotidiennes sur les outils financiers et la consommation des budgets. Réaliser des analyses ponctuelles à la demande du Groupe SMCP et COMEX Maje. Contribuer au pilotage de la rentabilité des différents canaux de distribution (Wholesale, Offprice).
