Mi lesz a fő feladatod? A Megbízhatósági Mérnökség szervezet szakmai és operatív irányítása (15 fős csapat: karbantartási szakértők). A műszaki, folyamatbiztonsági, környezetvédelmi és üzleti követelmények teljesülésének biztosítása a DS Termelés területén. Eszközstratégiák kidolgozása és bevezetése, FMEA és Bad Actors, RAM folyamatok irányítása. Kockázatkezelés vezetése PM és PdM programoknál, a berendezések rendelkezésre állásának és költségeinek optimális egyensúlyban tartása. Beruházási projektek műszaki tartalmának összeállítása, mérnöki támogatás biztosítása a teljes életciklus során.. Készletszintek optimalizálása kockázati elemzés alapján. RCA/RCFA folyamatok szakmai irányítása, kivizsgálások támogatása. Karbantartási szabályzatok, folyamatleírások felülvizsgálata, fejlesztések kezdeményezése.
