Follow up with clients as necessary to obtain documents or answer processing related questions. Stay up to date on agency guidelines, internal underwriting/processing procedures and Company policies. Assist various departments in closing, post-closing or funding issues. Timely review and submission of all TRID Changed Circumstance requests to ensure re-disclosures requested are submitted in compliance. Stay up to date on all applicable compliance regulations.
