We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Secretary to support one of our Insolvency Practitioners based at our Stanmore office. The successful candidate will provide clerical assistance, ensuring smooth running of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced professional services environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management skills.
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Insolvency Practitioner and the wider team.
· Manage diaries, time sheets, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
· Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
· Perform general office duties including scanning, photocopying, and document management.
