GA JIJ VERDER ALS MICROSOFT 365 BEHEERDER?

Als Microsoft 365 Beheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van Microsoft Endpoint Management, waaronder Intune, MDM en MAM, en het waarborgen van een goed functionerende Office 365-omgeving. Daarnaast bouw je mee aan onze applicaties binnen het Office-landschap en participeer je binnen projecten. Ook incidentmanagement behoort tot de scope. Je taken omvatten onder meer het handhaven van de bestaande systemen, het proactief identificeren van verbeterpunten en optimalisaties, en het implementeren van oplossingen om de efficiëntie te verhogen. Je zult nauw samenwerken met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie en fungeren als de schakel tussen de ‘business’ en IT.
Je komt te werken op de afdeling Cloud & Enterprise IT. Deze afdeling maakt onderdeel uit van IT Operations en is verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van storingen, zorgen voor ad-hoc en structureel onderhoud aan de applicaties en systemen van DELTA Fiber. Ook zorgt de afdeling voor een optimale beschikbaarheid en dat performance gehandhaafd blijft. Er is veel aandacht voor continue vernieuwing van applicaties en het implementeren van nieuwe applicaties.
