In this role, you will manage multiple clients or projects involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement implementations and related marketing automation initiatives Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Client Management: Lead end-to-end MCAE implementation projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships while consistently managing expectations and delivering exceptional client experiences. Project Delivery: Manage 10-15 Marketing Cloud Account Engagements projects from kickoff to closure. The average implementation requires 20 hours of combined project management, client training, and admin efforts. Maintain project timelines, communication plans and delivery documentation. Scope & Budget Management: Review statements of work with clients and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Proactively identify and address out-of-scope requests, determining their impact on budget and timeline. Client Enablement & Transition: Facilitate post-implementation handoff, ensuring clients understand their MCAE configuration. Provide guidance for ongoing platform adoption and success.
